- Click the Continue button
- Scroll through the articles listed

From Knowledge-Base Page

- Browse through the Categories to see all articles
- Select the one you need
From Search Bar
- Enter one or two words into the search bar. eg “Email”
This search will yield a large number of results
- Make your search more specific eg Outlook in order to narrow down the search
